Be You Disco Liability Waiver & Media Release

1. Assumption of Risk

By participating in Be You Disco, I acknowledge and agree that dancing, physical movement, and related activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, muscle strain, or other injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, whether caused by myself, other participants, or the event environment.

2. Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate in Be You Disco, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Be You Disco, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, venue partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during or as a result of my participation in this event.

3. Medical Fitness

I affirm that I am physically fit to participate and that I am not aware of any condition that would prevent me from safely engaging in the activities. I am solely responsible for monitoring my health and participation throughout the event.

4. Media Release

I understand that photography and videography may be taken during the event. By attending, I grant Be You Disco, LLC, and its representatives the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute any photographs, video, or audio recordings of me for promotional, marketing, and other lawful purposes without compensation.

If I do not wish to be photographed or filmed, I will notify the event organizers in advance and make reasonable efforts to avoid cameras during the event.

5. Governing Law

This waiver and release shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

6. Acknowledgment

I have read and fully understand this waiver, release, and media agreement. I voluntarily agree to its terms by signing below.
