**A guided silent disco + movement ritual for the body, mind, and soul**

Be You Disco is a **guided silent disco experience** that blends mindful movement, music, and real human connection.
It’s dancing, embodiment, and community woven into one full-body reset — no experience required.

This is not a party you watch.
It’s an experience you *feel*.

If yoga 🧘‍♀️, therapy 🧠, a dance floor 💃, and a spiritual “oh wow” moment ✨ had a baby under the palm trees of West Palm 🌴 — this would be it.



## **What the experience feels like**

### **Arrival + Gathering (first \~20 minutes)**

We begin with a **spacious arrival window** so you can come in, settle, stretch, and breathe.
This is your time to land and gently transition out of your day.

✨ **Plan to arrive during the first 20 minutes** so you can fully drop in and feel the flow of the experience.
Once the headphones go on 🎧, the outside world fades and something shifts.

### **Intention-Setting Meditation**

Grounded. Simple. No fluff.
We start by helping your body feel safe, present, and supported. This is where you move from “doing” into *being here*.

### **Guided Somatic Dance Ritual**

Led by Carolina Panoff, this is where movement becomes medicine. You’ll be guided from slow, gentle movement into deeper expression and release.

No choreography.
No pressure.
No right or wrong way to move.

Just music 🎶, freedom, and permission to move in a way that feels honest for *your* body.

This is often where people reconnect with joy they didn’t realize they were missing.

### **DJ Afterflow + Community Connection**

The music stays alive and the energy stays open.
This is where connection happens naturally.

We gently bring the energy down, seal the experience, and send you back into your life feeling clearer, lighter, and more yourself.

Be You Disco Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By purchasing a ticket to and/or participating in a Be You Disco event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that Be You Disco events involve physical activity, including but not limited to dancing, movement, stretching, and somatic practices. I acknowledge that participation carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury, illness, emotional release, or physical discomfort.

I voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for my physical, mental, and emotional well-being before, during, and after the event.

Health Acknowledgment

I confirm that I am physically and mentally able to participate in movement-based activities and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. I agree to listen to my body, modify movements as needed, and stop participation at any time if I feel discomfort or distress.

Be You Disco is not a medical, therapeutic, or mental health service. The experience is intended for personal exploration, movement, and community connection only and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Be You Disco, its founder, facilitators, DJs, staff, volunteers, contractors, partners, venue owners, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, emotional distress, loss, or property damage.

Photography & Media Release

I understand that photos or videos may be taken during the event for promotional or educational purposes. By attending, I grant Be You Disco permission to use my likeness in photos or recordings without compensation. If I prefer not to be photographed or recorded, I will notify the event team upon arrival.

Personal Responsibility

I agree to act respectfully toward myself, other participants, and facilitators. I understand that Be You Disco reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe or disruptive, without refund.


Binding Agreement

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release of liability.
