Full Moon Experience @ Higher Ground Rooftop Yoga!

Meet us on the rooftop for an evening of movement, reflection, and connection beneath the full moon.&#x20;



Each month, we gather at Austin's first rooftop yoga studio for a Full Moon Experience designed to help you slow down, release what's no longer serving you, and reconnect with yourself and your community.



Your evening will include:

Arrive & Ground: Settle into the space, connect with others, and ease into the evening as we create an atmosphere of intention and presence.



Intention Setting: Pull an oracle card and take a few quiet moments to reflect on what you're calling in, and what you're ready to let go of.&#x20;



Full Moon Flow: Move through an all-levels yoga practice inspired by the energy of the full moon, inviting balance, openness, and renewal.

Release Ritual: Take part in a simple water ceremony as a symbolic practice of releasing what no longer serves you and making space for what's next.



Candlelit Sound Bath: We'll close the evening with a deeply restorative sound bath, allowing soothing vibrations to calm the nervous system and leave you feeling grounded, restored, and at peace.



Whether you're seeking clarity, community, or simply a beautiful way to spend an evening under the stars, this experience is an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect.



Please bring a yoga mat, water, and anything that will help you stay comfortable outdoors after sunset.

We are located on the top of the parking garage across from the entrance to the Home2Suites/Hampton Inn hotel at 2033 E 5th Street. From the parking garage entrance, take the stairs or the elevator up to the 3rd floor.
