Join us at Austin's brand new rooftop yoga studio, Higher Ground, for a sound bath experience guiding us into the light of the full moon!

Sound bowls are used to shift brainwaves from active beta to calm alpha/theta states, which help to lower stress, decrease anxiety, improve sleep quality, reduce pain, and enhance emotional well-being. Doing this experience outside charged by the energy of the full moon adds an extra layer of spiritual connection.

Bring your mat, a pillow, a sweatshirt or blanket, and any other props you need to be comfortable while laying for about an hour.



We are located on the top of the parking garage across from the entrance to the Home2Suites/Hampton Inn hotel at 2033 E 5th Street. From the parking garage entrance, take the stairs or the elevator up to the 3rd floor.
