Gather under the glow of November’s **Beaver Full Moon** for a deeply grounding and restorative **Sound Bath + Meditation experience on the beach in Galveston.**

*(The gathering will take place on the actual beach. An email will be sent out with a map. The address listed is the closest point to where you will park. Walking distance is just steps from where we'll be)*&#x20;

This full moon invites us to slow down, reflect, and nurture our inner world as we transition into the winter season. Together, we’ll connect with nature, the elements, and the soothing rhythm of the waves for an evening of calm and introspection.

We’ll begin with a guided walking meditation along the shoreline, a sensory grounding practice to help you arrive fully in the present moment. Afterward, we’ll flow into a gentle breathwork exercise to center the body and mind before surrendering into an immersive **sound bath journey** featuring Himalayan and Crystal Sound Bowls,  and other sacred instruments.

As the sun sets and the moon rises, allow the sound vibrations to calm your nervous system, clear your energy, and guide you into a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness.
