A gentle evening to slow down, soften, connect, and watch a beautiful sunset from the park with other women!

Under the Pisces Full Moon, we’ll gather at Kate Sessions Park in Pacific Beach for an evening rooted in release, intuition, rest, and connection. 🌊

We’ll meet in the quieter lower section of the park near the trees for guided breathwork, somatic practices, journaling, reflection, and an intimate women’s circle. If you have any questions finding where we are please contact 978-778-5092.&#x20;

I understand that Rest To Manifest events facilitated by Chanel Bullock may include yoga, Pilates, surfing, meditation, breathwork, somatic practices, mental health and wellness education (non-clinical), group discussion, journaling, manifestation practices, and/or group walks.
If I choose to bring a dog to a group walk, I affirm that my dog is well-behaved, healthy, and up to date on vaccinations, and I accept full responsibility and liability for my dog’s behavior at all times. If I do not bring a dog, I acknowledge that dogs may be present at a group walk and voluntarily assume any risks associated with being in proximity to animals.
I understand that Chanel Bullock is not providing medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and that these offerings are for educational and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical or mental health care. I am responsible for seeking professional support if needed.
I affirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating and will modify or stop activities at any time based on my own limits.
