Once a month, the moon rises full and the practice deepens. This month, it rises in eclipse and we mark the occasion with our first-ever signature full moon gathering.



The evening opens with a flowing yoga practice, moving the body into alignment with the moon's pull before we settle into sound bowl healing, letting the resonance wash away what the month has held.&#x20;



To close, we offer something reserved only for full moon nights: third eye acupuncture, a subtle, precise treatment to open intuition and quiet the mind as the eclipse unfolds above us.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Third Eye Acupuncture is offered exclusively as part of Templ's Full Moon signature events. The treatment involves the insertion of a single, sterile, single-use acupuncture needle at the Yintang point (the "third eye," located between the eyebrows) by a licensed acupuncture practitioner. The needle is retained briefly and removed by the practitioner before the close of the session. This service is offered as a complementary wellness practice alongside yoga flow and sound bowl healing, and is not a substitute for medical care.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Acupuncture is a generally safe practice with low risk of complication when performed by a trained practitioner using sterile, single-use needles. I understand that, as with any procedure involving skin penetration, possible side effects may include, but are not limited to:

— Minor bruising, bleeding, or tenderness at the needle site
— Temporary lightheadedness, dizziness, or fainting
— Localized skin irritation or, rarely, infection
— Emotional release or sensitivity following treatment

I understand these risks and voluntarily choose to receive this treatment.

HEALTH DISCLOSURE & CONTRAINDICATIONS

I confirm that I have disclosed to Templ and its practitioners any of the following, if applicable to me: pregnancy, a bleeding or clotting disorder, use of blood-thinning medication, a pacemaker or other implanted medical device, a compromised immune system, active skin conditions or infection at or near the treatment site, an allergy or sensitivity to metals, or any other condition that may affect my suitability for acupuncture. I understand that Templ's practitioners rely on the accuracy of this disclosure, and I agree to inform the practitioner of any changes to my health status prior to treatment.

CONSENT TO TREATMENT

I voluntarily consent to receive Third Eye Acupuncture as described above. I understand that no specific outcome, therapeutic or otherwise, is guaranteed. I understand that I may decline this specific service at any time — including immediately before or during the session — without affecting my participation in the remainder of the Full Moon Yoga event.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration of being permitted to participate in this treatment, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, and assigns, hereby release, waive, and discharge Templ, its owners, practitioners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained as a result of this treatment, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Templ or its practitioners.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I confirm that I have read this waiver in full, that I have had the opportunity to ask questions about the treatment and its risks, and that I am signing this document freely and voluntarily.
