Celebrate *Galentine’s Day* with an evening dedicated to self-love, self-care, and soul-nourishing connection. This special women-centered wellness event combines **sound healing** and **Yin Yoga** to help you reset, restore, and reconnect with yourself and your community.

Hosted at **VFW Post 1**, this calming indoor experience offers a serene atmosphere perfect for deep relaxation, intention setting, and heart-opening practice. Whether you’re attending solo or with your closest friends, this Galentine’s event is a beautiful way to honor your energy, recharge, and celebrate meaningful connection.

## **✨ What to Expect**

### **6:30 PM – Intention Setting**

Begin your evening with grounding reflection as we set intentions rooted in self-love, friendship, emotional renewal, and the energy of this mid-February season.

### **6:45 PM – 45-Minute Sound Bath with Kapwa Sound Bath**

Experience a deeply restorative sound healing session led by **Christina Ifurung** of *Kapwa Sound Bath*. Using alchemy crystal bowls, Koshi chimes, and therapeutic sound instruments, Christina will guide you through a journey designed to calm your nervous system, release emotional tension, and promote inner balance.

### **7:30 PM – 20-Minute Yin Yoga Flow with Yoga Social**

Settle into a slow, meditative **Yin Yoga** practice guided by Yoga Social. This gentle, all-levels-friendly flow focuses on breathwork, stillness, and long-held poses that help release stress and create a sense of mental clarity and physical spaciousness.

* Yoga mat

**What you need to Bring / Know :**

**Attire:** Wear comfortable yoga attire. Dress with the option of layers in case it's cold in the Studio. We never quite know how our Studio will feel the day of an event. Please dress for a warm area, with the option of a blanket or sweater in case it's too chilly.

**What to Bring:**

* Yoga mat, pillow, and /or blanket. We will be getting comfortable for our sound bath.
* Water! Stay hydrated please.
* You may want to bring a journal and pen to document your experience, or to write down your intention.
