Start your Sunday morning with a Pilates class designed to sculpt, energize, and uplift your body.

What to Expect

Your instructor will guide you through a dynamic series of mat Pilates exercises designed to target your core and glutes, improve flexibility, and elevate your overall fitness level. The class will be set to a fun playlist that will make you sweat, move, and have fun.

Please enter the gate and drive to the back of the property. Street parking is also available.&#x20;

Pilates Event Liability Waiver & Release Form

1. Acknowledgment of Risks

I understand that participating in Pilates, fitness exercises, and related activities involves physical movement that may include stretching, strengthening, balance work, and cardio-based exercises. I acknowledge that these activities carry potential risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, dizziness, or other physical complications.

I confirm that I am voluntarily participating and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur.


2. Health Disclosure

I certify that I am physically able to participate in this event and have consulted with a physician if needed. I agree to inform the instructor before class of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or limitations that may affect my ability to safely participate.


3. Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release and hold harmless the event organizers, instructors, assistants, venue, and all affiliated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, costs, or damages arising from my participation, including injuries or unforeseen complications.


4. Photo & Video Consent 

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.

I consent to the use of my image/video.


5. COVID-19 & General Illness Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that attending a group event may carry risk of illness. I agree not to participate if I am feeling unwell, experiencing symptoms, or have been recently exposed to a contagious illness.


6. Understanding & Agreement

I confirm that I have read this waiver fully, understand its contents, and agree to it voluntarily. I understand this release is binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.
