This Valentine's Day, join us on the beach for a morning of grounding movement and self-care. Together with **Wildling Beauty** and **Flow Pilates Club**, we’ll flow into self-love through Pilates in the Park and a guided Gua Sha face ritual, honoring the art of slowing down, connecting with self, and glowing from the inside out.

🎨 **Colors:** pink, red & neutrals (Valentine's Day vibes)

\*please note, this event will be at the park overlooking the beach as we'll be doing face Gua Sha with essential oils. we'll have the cutest pink & neutral setup.

**What to Expect**

**8:45 AM – Check-in & mingle with the community**
Arrive by the park, grab your spot, and settle into your space.

**9:00 AM – 45-Minute Pilates Flow**&#x20;
A full-body mat Pilates session designed to help you move with intention, find balance, and connect with your inner calm.&#x20;

**10:00 AM – Wildling Gua Sha Ritual**
Led by the **Wildling Beauty** team, this hands-on ritual explores the ancient practice of Gua Sha - learning how to bring intentional self-touch, release, and radiance into your daily routine.

All guests will receive a swag bag filled with Wildling goodies and more from our favorite brands.&#x20;

1. Acknowledgment of Risks
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in Pilates, fitness, and wellness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, muscle strains, equipment-related injuries, and unforeseen medical conditions. I understand that Flow Pilates Club and its instructors will take reasonable precautions to provide a safe environment but cannot eliminate all risks associated with physical activity.

2. Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily choose to participate in Flow Pilates Club LLC classes and assume all risks related to my participation, whether known or unknown. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before engaging in physical activity and that I am physically and medically able to participate.

3. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Flow Pilates Club LLC, its owners, instructors, and partners from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from my participation, including injury, illness, property damage, or other loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. Medical Treatment Authorization
In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize Flow Pilates Club LLC instructors or staff to seek medical assistance on my behalf if I am unable to do so. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

5. Photography & Media Release 
I grant Flow Pilates Club LLC permission to use photos and videos taken during classes for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. If you would not like to be photographed, please also let the instructor know on-site when you arrive so they know where you are in the crowd.

6. Agreement to Terms
