Grab your girls and join us for a Galentine’s morning that’s equal parts sweat, self-care, and main-character energy.

We’re starting with a 30-minute Pilates + HIIT workout, then we’ll have a short talk with guided prompts, and finish with time to hang with our wellness vendors (and treat yourself, obviously).
