Do you love running or thought about getting into it? Want to meet new friends who share the same affinity for gaming and fitness? Want to start a running team to participate in running events with? Join me for some evening (and a morning) social runs! 

This group is for everyone of all abilities, whether you're just starting out or are a seasoned runner. You're more than welcome to walk the whole time or even do half the distance -- it's up to you :)

Meet Up Location: Trinity Duck Pond in Fort Worth
What to Bring: Yourself, proper running/walking attire, a water bottle
Price? Free!
Dogs? Dogs are more than welcome to join so long as they are properly leashed
Mileage? Check the flyer for mileage (varies by day), but you can always cut it down or pump it up!

__*Summer Schedule:__
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: Stretching starts at 7:15 PM, Take off at 7:30 PM
Saturdays: Stretching starts at 7:15 AM, Take off at 7:30 AM

*Schedule to change in the fall due to time changes and seasonal obligations
