Join us for a peaceful and inspiring morning at Emily’s garden, where we’ll blend Pilates, brunch, and vision board making into one soul-nourishing experience.

We’ll start with a gentle, faith-centered Pilates flow, followed by a beautiful garden brunch and a guided vision board session to help you dream, pray, and plan for the season ahead.

45–60 min Faithflow Pilates session
Mats and props provided

All vision board supplies (magazines, boards, glue, etc.)

10:00–10:15 AM – Arrival & welcome
10:15–11:00 AM – Faithflow Pilates session
11:00–11:30 AM – Garden brunch
11:30 AM–12:30 PM – Vision board making & sharing
