Join Gather & Flow for a special pop-up yoga class at Praxis Coffee Roasters, located at Lustre Pearl East.

We'll begin with a 60-minute all-levels outdoor vinyasa flow designed to help you reconnect with your body, your breath, and the present moment. After class, you're invited to stay for an optional community social and grab a coffee from Praxis if you'd like.

Whether you're coming solo or with friends, this is a welcoming space to move, connect, and enjoy a slower Sunday morning.
