Gentle Flow Yoga is a slow, mindful practice connecting breath to fluid, gentle movements, making it accessible for all levels, especially beginners or those seeking stress relief, flexibility, and recovery.



It emphasizes comfort over intensity, often featuring seated or supported poses with longer holds to release tension, calm the nervous system, and build a strong mind-body connection, rather than fast Vinyasa transitions.

Inspired by the Therapeutic Yoga style from Iyengar, we use **blocks, belts, and bolsters** to support the practice.
