We gather in the shade for gentle yoga, breathwork, and a peaceful meditative reset, perfect for the Body, Mind & Soul.



An opportunity for slow movement, spacious breathing, and a calm, nurturing atmosphere, held by nature.



📍**Location: between 84th and 85th streets & between Collins Ave and kids' playground; in the shade on lawn in park.**
