Move with confidence is a beginner friendly fitness event created for individuals who are preparing for bariatric surgery, recovering from weight related health challenges, or simply taking the first steps towards a healthier lifestyle. &#x20;



This welcoming judge free workout focuses on movement, confidence, and community. Participants will experience a low impact, modifiable workout designed to meet them where they are physically, regardless of fitness level mobility, or exercise experience.&#x20;



Whether you're starting bariatric surgery requirements, beginning your wellness journey, managing your health, or  searching for a supportive space to move your body, this event is for you!

**Media Release**

I grant TRAP BYOB full permission to capture, record, and use my image, likeness, and voice in photos, videos, and other media for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes. I understand that these materials may be used in print, digital, and social media without compensation. I waive any rights to review or approve the final content.
