By purchasing a ticket for and/or participating in this event, I acknowledge and agree that participation in fitness, wellness, athletic, and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, disability, property damage, or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks and participate at my own risk.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge the event hosts, organizers, affiliates, volunteers, instructors, sponsors, and venue, including Gigi's NYC, Action Black, and JackRabbit, from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to my attendance or participation in this event.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own health, safety, and personal belongings. The hosts, venue, and sponsors are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

I grant permission for photographs, videos, and other media captured during the event to be used by the hosts, venue, and sponsors for marketing, promotional, and community-related purposes without compensation or further approval.

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, I acknowledge and accept the event's no-refund policy. I agree not to initiate a credit card chargeback or payment dispute for reasons covered by this policy. Any unauthorized chargeback may result in liability for associated fees and collection costs.
