By registering for and attending this event hosted by Gigi’s NYC in partnership with Club Studio, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in fitness, wellness, and social activities—including but not limited to Pilates, group exercise, padel, movement classes, and related activities—carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, accidents, property damage, or other unforeseen circumstances.

I voluntarily choose to participate in this event and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of my participation.

I certify that I am physically able to participate in these activities and that I do not have any medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating if I have any health concerns.

By attending this event, I fully release, waive, and discharge Gigi’s NYC, Club Studio, their founders, owners, employees, instructors, partners, sponsors, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind that may arise from or relate to my participation in the event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss.

I acknowledge that Gigi’s NYC and Club Studio are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, damages, lost or stolen belongings, or other incidents that may occur during or as a result of this event.

I also understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event. By attending, I grant permission to Gigi’s NYC and Club Studio to use my image, likeness, or voice in photographs, video, or other media for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.

By registering for this event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this liability waiver and release of claims.
