She’s a nutritionist with a Master of Science in Food & Nutrition Sciences and a functional food expert, and she brings a rare mix of credibility and real-life perspective. She’s a career entrepreneur who has successfully built, owned, and sold businesses.

 Amy is also a busy mom of three boys who knows what “balancing it all” really looks like, including what it feels like to hit burnout when life, work, and health collide. That’s why her approach is refreshingly practical and grounded, not preachy, or perfectionistic. She helps high-achieving women cut through the noise, build simple nutrition habits that stick, and stay strong and energized while they build and scale their careers, families, and goals.
