[**Amber Kinney**](https://www.instagram.com/amberkinneylmhc/) is a licensed mental health counselor based in Indianapolis who has been practicing since 2017 and opened her own private practice in 2021. She specializes in anxiety, burnout, self-esteem, boundaries, ADHD, trauma, and financial-emotional health.

Inspired by her own experience with burnout, Amber created a career that allows her to support others in a way that feels sustainable and aligned. In addition to individual counseling, she now leads workshops and speaking engagements focused on helping people build healthier relationships with money, work, and themselves.
