Girls Night Out: Workout Edition at The Matriarchy

Join us for an energizing cycling class at Harness Cycle OR a grounding yoga class at Soul Yoga - both classes designed to move your body and refresh your mindset.

*You can only pick ONE class to attend.

What to expect:

5pm: Grab a fun, music-driven cycling class to get your heart pumping and your energy flowing.

OR

5:15pm: Get moving with Soul Flow - this is a slow flow yoga class for all levels

6:15pm: EVERYONE! Post class, we’ll come together for a mindset reset in The Club Room at The Matriarchy, including guided visualization meditation and journaling to help you slow down, reconnect, and set intentions for your week/month ahead with Women’s Energy Healer + Coach Christina Mamrak

7pm: Event ends and you feel stronger in mind and body!

This is the perfect opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life, pour into your own well-being, and connect with a supportive community of women.

Come ready to sweat, reset, and leave feeling inspired. ✨

About our venue: The Matriarchy was launched by Anne Hartnett & Andria Loczi of HCO Partners, a neighborhood development company specializing in activating storefronts.

Rooted in the power of "matri" (mother) and "archy" (to rule), we created Matriarchy to be a community-driven space where local brands could thrive, connect, and make an impact across industries. Matriarchy provides creative space and support—a connected experience designed to make entrepreneurship less isolating and more empowering.
