Join us for an energizing cycling class at Harness Cycle OR a grounding yoga class at Soul Yoga - both classes designed to move your body and refresh your mindset.

\*You can only pick ONE class to attend.

What to expect:

5pm:  Grab a fun, music-driven cycling class to get your heart pumping and your energy flowing.&#x20;

OR&#x20;

5:15pm: Get moving with Soul Flow - this is a slow flow yoga class for all levels

6:15pm:  EVERYONE!  Post class, we’ll come together for a mindset reset in The Club Room at [The Matriarchy](https://www.instagram.com/joinmatriarchy/), including guided reflection and journaling to help you slow down, reconnect, and set positive intentions with Women’s Energy Healer + Coach [Christina Mamrak](https://www.instagram.com/christinamamrak/)&#x20;

7pm: Event ends and you feel stronger in mind and body!

This is the perfect opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life, pour into your own well-being, and connect with a supportive community of women.
