Join us for a dreamy morning of movement connection and community at our Girls Walk Miami x BODYROK Wellness Walk + Mat Pilates event🩷It is happening Saturday January 10 in the heart of CocoWalk in Coconut Grove.

We’ll start our morning at BODYROK at 9 AM with a 30 minute guided wellness walk led by Girls Walk Miami. This walk is all about moving your body soaking in the Coconut Grove vibes and meeting new friends along the way.

After the walk we’ll end with a Mat Pilates class taught by Tia DuPont, an instructor at BODYROK, Studio Three, and CorePower Yoga. The class will take place in the heart of CocoWalk right in front of Free People. Mats will be provided so just show up and move.

By purchasing a ticket and participating in this event I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that I am voluntarily participating in a Girls Walk Miami wellness walk and mat Pilates class on January 10 at CocoWalk including a guided walk and a fitness class taught by an instructor. I acknowledge that physical activity including walking and exercise involves inherent risks including but not limited to injury illness falls muscle strain or other health complications.

I certify that I am physically able to participate in this event and have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks injuries or damages known or unknown that may occur as a result of my participation.

I hereby release waive and discharge Girls Walk Miami Ana Lesser BODYROK CocoWalk and all affiliated owners instructors partners sponsors volunteers and representatives from any and all claims liabilities demands causes of action or damages of any kind arising out of or related to my participation in this event including but not limited to personal injury illness property damage or death.

I understand that this event takes place in a public outdoor area and that conditions such as weather surfaces and surroundings may vary. I agree to take personal responsibility for my safety throughout the duration of the event.

I grant full permission for Girls Walk Miami Ana Lesser BODYROK and CocoWalk to photograph film record and use my likeness voice and image in photos videos and other media taken during the event for promotional marketing and social media purposes without compensation or approval rights.

I understand that by attending this event I may appear in group photos and videos and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the use of my likeness.

I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this waiver and release of liability and agree to its terms freely and voluntarily.

This ticket includes a guided walk led by Girls Walk Miami through Coconut Grove and is perfect for anyone looking to move their body connect and make new friends. This ticket does not include the mat Pilates class partnered with BODYROK or a Girls Walk Miami goodie bag.

Guests with this ticket will have the opportunity to be first in line for a Pilates mat spot only if a registered attendee does not show up. This will function as a waitlist and spots will be offered on a first come first served basis at the event. If a Pilates spot becomes available you may join by paying the difference on site.
