Join us on Saturday, February 28 at 9 AM for a special Girls Walk Miami experience in the heart of Cocowalk, Coconut Grove.🩷🌴☀️

We will meet at Bodyrok for check in before heading out for a guided Girls Walk Miami walk through the Grove. After our walk, we’ll finish with a mat Pilates class led by Bodyrok instructor Tia DuPont.🧘‍♀️🎀🩷 After pilates, feel free to head over to rice mediterranean kitchen for some complimentary coffee☺️🎀

By purchasing a ticket and participating in this Girls Walk Miami event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
	1.	Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in a wellness walk and mat Pilates class involves physical activity and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, falls, muscle strain, or other physical harm. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in this event.
	2.	Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Ana Lesser, Girls Walk Miami, Bodyrok, Cocowalk, their owners, employees, instructors, partners, affiliates, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of my participation in this event.

I understand that I am participating at my own risk.
	3.	Health Confirmation
I confirm that I am physically able to participate in a guided walk and mat Pilates class. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participation if I have any medical concerns.
	4.	Personal Responsibility
I agree to follow all instructions provided by Girls Walk Miami and the Bodyrok instructor, including safety guidelines during the walk and Pilates class.
	5.	Photo & Video Release
I grant permission to Ana Lesser, Girls Walk Miami, Bodyrok, and Cocowalk to photograph and record video of me during the event. I understand that these photos and videos may be used for marketing, promotional, social media, website, advertising, and other business purposes without compensation. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials and release all claims related to the use of such media.
	6.	Acknowledgment
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and release of liability.
