if you want to hang poolside with the girls after class, just be sure to bring:
👙 bathing suit
🧺 towel
🍓 your fave pool snacks / drinks (no glass)

expect a full body burn, good energy, and probably a new bestie or two 🥹🤍

By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in the Girls Walk Vegas event “Move with Madi” I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in physical fitness activities, including walking and/or mat workouts, involves inherent risks of injury, illness, or accident. These risks may include, but are not limited to, muscle strain, dehydration, falls, or other unforeseen medical conditions. I voluntarily choose to participate in the Event and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur.

2. Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release and discharge Girls Walk Vegas, their affiliates, owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, event organizers, and vendors (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or actions arising out of or related to my participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Medical Fitness and Emergency Care

I certify that I am physically able to participate in walking and/or mat workouts and know of no medical reason that would prevent me from doing so safely. I consent to receive emergency medical treatment deemed necessary during the Event and agree to be financially responsible for any related costs.  The provision of my consent for emergency medical treatment does not obligate any of the Released Parties to seek or provide emergency medical treatment for/to me.

4. Personal Property

I understand that the Released Parties are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to my personal property during the Event.

5. Age Requirement & Minor Participation

Participants must be at least 18 years of age. If the participant is under 18 years of age (a “Minor”), a parent or legal guardian must provide consent on the Minor’s behalf and agree to all terms of this Waiver and Release. The parent or legal guardian assumes full responsibility for the Minor’s participation and any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur.

6.  Photography/Media Release

I grant permission for the Released Parties to photograph, film, or otherwise record my participation in the Event and to use such media for promotional purposes, without compensation.

7. Binding Effect

This Release shall be binding on me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. If any portion is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
