•    5:30 am | Press & Play on the lake starting pre-run and post-run

•    6 am | 3 mile run starts led by Jordan Williams

•    7 am | Post-run recovery & pilates with Olivia from Rise Pilates Club at

•    Coffee, Red Bull Samples, cold plunge moments, and community
