**Agenda & What to  Expect:**

•    5:30 am | Press & Play on the lake starting  pre-run and post-run

•    6 am | 3 mile run starts led by Jordan Williams

•    7 am | Post-run recovery & pilates with Olivia from Rise Pilates Club at&#x20;

•    Coffee, Red Bull Samples, cold plunge moments, and community

By RSVPing and checking the box below, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms as a condition of participation in Global Run Day.

✅LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that participation in Global Run Day, including running, warm-ups, workouts, and other related activities, involves risks of injury or even death.

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries, known or unknown, that I may incur as a result of participating.

I confirm that I am in good physical health and capable of participating safely. I release PRESS & PLAY, It’s JD Will Studios, Theater on the Lake, Rise Pilates Club, STRENGTH IN THE CITY, their partners, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from all liability related to injury, loss, or damage that may result from my participation.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the above parties from any claims brought against them due to my actions or participation.

✅ PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE
I grant permission for my photo, video, or likeness captured during the event to be used for promotional and marketing purposes by any of the host organizations listed above.

I waive any right to royalties or other compensation related to the use of these materials and release all claims related to their usage.

✅ ACCEPT TERMS
By submitting my RSVP, I confirm that I have read and agree to the above Waiver of Liability and Photo Release. I understand this agreement applies to me (and any minors I am responsible for) as a condition of participation in Global Run Day.
