All free services or experiences rendered by our sponsors are first come first serve. Not everyone is guaranteed the ability to experience all services provided.

All sales are final. No refunds. Event goes on rain or shine.

In the event of a cancellation due to any such force major, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Instead, you will receive credit toward a future Rose Girl Social event.

Rose Girl Social Event Waiver and Release of Liability
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Read this agreement carefully before signing. By signing, you waive certain legal rights.
Participants must be 18 years or older to attend.
Alcohol may be served by the venue; participants must be 21+ and provide valid ID to consume alcoholic beverages.
This agreement is governed by Florida law, and any disputes must be brought in Orange County, Florida.


1. Assumption of Risk
The participant understands that the Rose Girl Social event includes a range of wellness, fitness, recovery, and social activities, which may include, but are not limited to:
Glute-focused group fitness classes such as HIIT, Pilates, dance/Zumba, strength training, mobility work, stretching, and bodyweight exercises.
Recovery services (cold plunge, massage, stretching, compression therapy, percussive therapy, red/infrared light therapy, etc.).
Vendor village participation featuring wellness, beauty, food, beverage, and lifestyle products, curated music sets, brand activations, giveaways, and swag.
Consumption of food, drinks, and supplements provided by independent vendors, including coffee, juices, or other beverages.


Participants acknowledge that these activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Physical injury (muscle strain, cardiac events, burns, falls, etc.).
Exposure to communicable diseases (e.g., COVID-19).
Adverse reactions to products or treatments.
Foodborne illness or allergic reactions.
Property damage or economic loss.
Serious injury, permanent disability, or death.
The participant voluntarily assumes all such risks, whether known or unknown, inherent or caused by the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties (defined below).

2. Health & Medical Certification
By signing, the participant certifies that they are at least 18 years old, physically and mentally fit, and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. Participants are solely responsible for consulting a physician and complying with all safety instructions.
Certain treatments or activities (e.g., IV drips, injections, red-light therapy) may be provided by independent, licensed vendors. Participants acknowledge these services are voluntary and performed at their own risk.

3. Waiver & Release of Liability
In consideration of participation, the participant, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, waives and releases Rose Girl Social LLC, its owners, officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, instructors, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, venue, and related entities (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, or actions arising out of participation or attendance at the event.
This release includes claims resulting from ordinary negligence, but not gross negligence or intentional misconduct, as prohibited by Florida law.

4. Indemnification
The participant agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims brought by third parties arising from their conduct, including injuries or damages they cause, as well as related legal fees.

5. Food, Beverage & Vendor Participation
Independent vendors will provide food, beverages, and products. Participants consume all food and drink at their own risk and are responsible for reviewing ingredients and allergens.
The event organizer does not monitor or endorse vendor services or products, including treatments or supplements. Participants release the Released Parties from any liability arising from vendor-provided items.

6. Alcohol & Substance Disclaimer
The venue may serve alcoholic beverages. The event organizer will not sell or profit from alcohol sales.
Participants choosing to consume alcoholic beverages:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must present a valid government-issued photo ID.
Acknowledge that consumption is entirely voluntary and at their own risk.


Participants release the Released Parties from any liability related to injury, illness, or damages resulting from alcohol consumption, intoxication, or related behavior.

7. Emergency Medical Consent
The participant authorizes event staff to obtain emergency medical care and transportation if needed. They assume full responsibility for any resulting costs and release the Released Parties from related liability.

8. Photo & Media Release
Participants grant the organizer and partners the right to photograph, film, or record them during the event and to use such media worldwide and in perpetuity for promotional or commercial purposes without compensation or approval rights.

9. Governing Law, Venue & Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by Florida law. Any disputes must be brought exclusively in Orange County, Florida. Participants waive jury trial rights and agree not to file class or collective actions.

10. Severability & Binding Effect
If any clause of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. This agreement binds the participant and their heirs, successors, and assigns.

11. Acknowledgment & Signature
By purchasing a ticket, the participant acknowledges they have read and fully understand this agreement, voluntarily accept its terms, and understand they are waiving substantial legal rights.

Includes GA plus access to an exclusive Mat Barre class led by the Pure Barre Orlando! Expect a low-impact, full-body workout focused on strength, alignment, and toning. 

Includes GA plus access to a Sculpt Pilates class featuring low-impact, full-body movements that focus on strength, toning, and control. A mindful burn designed for all levels.
