**What’s Happening:**
\- 5:00 PM: Early arrivals. Play Pickleball & Padel, and start warming up with some drinks. 
\- 7:00 PM: Party kicks off with the DJ, OPEN BAR, and food for purchase.
\- 8:00 PM: Glow in the Dark courts light up the night.&#x20;

1. Assumption of Risk
By attending the Glow in the Dark Party at Bay Padel, you acknowledge that participation in recreational and social events carries inherent risks. These include, but are not limited to, slips, falls, collisions, exposure to lighting effects (such as strobe or blacklight), loud music, and crowd-related incidents. You voluntarily assume all such risks and release Bay Padel, its staff, and affiliates from any liability related to your participation.

2. Construction Notice
Parts of the Bay Padel facility may be under construction during the event. While reasonable safety measures will be in place, areas may include uneven surfaces, construction equipment, or restricted zones. By attending, you accept these conditions and waive any claims related to injury, accident, or property damage caused by or connected to the ongoing construction.

3. Age Restriction and Alcohol Responsibility
This event is strictly for guests aged 21 and over. By attending, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age and are solely responsible for your alcohol consumption. Bay Padel assumes no responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or legal consequences that occur during or after the event—including while traveling to or from the facility—arising from intoxication or related behavior.

4. Medical Considerations
This event may involve flashing lights, loud sounds, and visual effects that could trigger health issues in individuals with epilepsy, heart conditions, or other sensitivities. By participating, you confirm that you are aware of these risks and accept them. You attend at your own risk.

5. Safety Guidelines
You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Bay Padel staff. Non-compliance may result in removal from the event without refund. Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.

6. Waiver and Release of Liability
You waive and release any and all claims against Bay Padel, its employees, affiliates, or representatives for personal injury, property loss, or other damages arising from your attendance at the Glow in the Dark Party. First aid assistance may be available but does not imply liability.

7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Bay Padel harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from:
Your actions at the event.
Violations of these terms.
Any harm caused to other participants or property.


8. Photo and Video Consent
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. These materials may be used on Bay Padel’s social media, website, or other media without compensation. If you wish to opt out, you must notify staff upon entry. While we will try to honor such requests, complete exclusion from all media cannot be guaranteed in public areas.

9. Acknowledgment and Agreement
 By entering the Glow in the Dark Party, you confirm that:
You have read and understood these terms.
You voluntarily agree to all of them.
You are 21 years of age or older.
You accept full responsibility for your participation.
