Join us for a night of Glow Flow Yoga — an immersive evening practice set in the dark with soft neon lighting, glow sticks, and face paint to light up the room. 

Move through a fun, high-energy flow set to beats from a live DJ, where music, movement, and community come together in perfect rhythm. 

We’ll wind down with a restorative sound bath, letting the music fade into calm as you reset your mind and body.

We encourage you to wear all black, 
come early to accessorize and paint up, and get ready to flow, dance, and unwind in a space that’s as vibrant as it is grounding — a night that feels equal parts workout and reset.
