Goer - the app for last-minute fitness & wellness, for less - kicks off Austin style, with a party that starts with workouts, moves into recovery (sauna & cold plunge), then evolves into a wellness vendor fair with food, live DJ and dancing!



Join us at Squatch Frontier Fitness in East Austin at 9:30am for your choice of HIIT, Pilates, or Women's Self Defense Class.



Can't come to one of the workouts? Join us anytime between 10:30-1:30 for the party!

*HITT Community Workout led by Squatch (Outdoors)*
Squatch's monthly community workout enriches human connection through working out and uniting around a theme - this month Goer's App Launch. A HIIT workout open to all fitness levels.

*Sculpt Mat Pilates Class led by SOMA (Outdoors)*

Join Soma for their addictive spicy mat class, rooted in foundational principles of pilates evolved for the modern body, bringing all the burn and functionality for a full body workout. Bring your own mat!

*Women's Self Defense Class*
A women-focused self defense class at Squatch's onsite Dojo led by master sensei.&#x20;

9:30am 45 minute mat pilates class outside on the turf led by SOMA Pilates & Yoga Studio

A 30-45 minute group self defense class led by a master sensei
