Join us for **GOLDEN HOUR**, a one-night sunset Pilates experience at the beautiful Lake Hills Amphitheater in partnership with the **Town of St. John Parks & Recreation**.

We're taking Pilates outside and turning golden hour into something worth looking forward to. Good music. Good people. A beautiful sunset. And a chance to step away from the day for an hour and do something that's actually good for you.

Whether you're coming to move, clear your head, meet new people, or simply enjoy a summer evening, **GOLDEN//HOUR** is your invitation to do it the M'Bodied way. It doesn't matter if you're brand new to Pilates or you've been with M'Bodied before, this class is designed for **all fitness levels**. Come solo, bring a friend, or make a few new ones while you're here.

Thank you for joining M'Bodied Mvmt! Our goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and empowering experience for everyone. Please read the following carefully before participating.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in Pilates, fitness classes, stretching, and other physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, strains, sprains, falls, dehydration, heat-related illness, cardiovascular events, and other injuries that may occur during or after participation.

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this event and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, losses, or damages that may result from my participation.

Participant Health Acknowledgment

By signing below, I certify that:

I am physically capable of participating in this event.
I have consulted a physician if I have any concerns regarding my ability to participate.
I will exercise within my own physical limits.
I will immediately stop participating if I experience dizziness, pain, shortness of breath, or any symptoms that make it unsafe to continue.
I understand that I am solely responsible for my own health and well-being during the event.
Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate, I voluntarily release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless:

Event sponsors, vendors, and partners

from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, expenses, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event, including those resulting from ordinary negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by Indiana law.

Photography & Video Release

I understand that photographs and video recordings may be taken during the event.

By signing this waiver, I grant M'Bodied Mvmt permission to photograph, film, and use my image, likeness, voice, and appearance for promotional, advertising, marketing, social media, website, and other business purposes without compensation or further permission.

Weather Policy

This event takes place outdoors.

In the event of severe weather or other unsafe conditions, M'Bodied Mvmt reserves the right to postpone, relocate, modify, or cancel the event. Participants will be notified using the contact information provided during registration.

Personal Property

I understand that I am responsible for my own personal belongings. M'Bodied Mvmt, the Town of St. John, and event partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Participant Agreement

I certify that I have carefully read this Waiver and Release of Liability, fully understand its contents, and voluntarily 
Parent/Legal Guardian Consent
(Required for Participants Ages 13–17)

I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant listed below. I have read and understand this Waiver and Release of Liability and voluntarily consent to my child's participation in GOLDEN//HOUR: A Sunset Pilates Experience.

I acknowledge the risks associated with physical activity and voluntarily assume those risks on behalf of my child. I release and hold harmless M'Bodied Mvmt, Marisa Winslow, the Town of St. John, St. John Parks & Recreation, Lake Hills Amphitheater, event sponsors, vendors, instructors, volunteers, and all affiliated representatives from any liability arising from my child's participation, except where prohibited by law.

I also grant permission for my child's image or likeness to be photographed or recorded and used for promotional and marketing purposes by M'Bodied Mvmt unless I notify M'Bodied Mvmt in writing before the event.
