**Liability Waiver & Release**

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Golden Hour Event, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including fitness activities, dance/cardio, cold plunges, food and beverage consumption, and general event attendance.

I hereby release and hold harmless Hybrid Nation, Hybrid Nation Events, the venue owner, bar owner, event hosts, sponsors, vendors, instructors, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from my attendance or participation, including those resulting from ordinary negligence.

I certify that I am physically able to participate and understand that I do so at my own risk. I also grant permission for my image, likeness, and voice to be used in event photos, videos, and promotional materials without compensation.

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to this waiver. All ticket sales are final.
