Come hit some golf balls at the driving range with the other eligible young professionals at Golf Crush.

Ideal for beginners -- **no golf clubs needed.** A standard-size golf club & balls will be provided.

* We'll share bays at the range and group up based on your response to the registration form (this helps us group by values, lifestyles, and vibes for organic, easy connections).

Expect to hit a few dozen balls from the range and some putting as well.



<u>How the golf mixer will flow</u>

6:15 - 6:30pm:  Check-in, get your wristband, and socialize while we wait for bays to open up

6:30 - 7:15pm: Take turns hitting balls with others in your group (switch off after every 5 - 10 balls or so)

7:15pm - 7:45pm: Head to the putting green for some friendly putting competition

7:45pm: Group photo and optional group dinner afterwards

I understand that participating in golf events organized by Young Professionals Sport Socials Limited Company involves risks, including being hit by a golf ball or club, slips, trips, falls, muscle strains, golf cart-related incidents, outdoor hazards, weather exposure, and, in rare cases, serious injury or death. I understand these events may take place at golf courses, driving ranges, practice facilities, or simulator venues that the organizer does not own, and that normal conditions at those facilities may increase these risks. I choose to participate voluntarily and I am responsible for my own health, hydration, judgment, and decision to play.

In exchange for being allowed to participate, I agree to assume all risks related to my participation and I release and discharge Young Professionals Sport Socials Limited Company, its owners, staff, volunteers, agents, the facility, and their staff from any and all claims for injury, illness, property damage, or death arising out of or related to my participation, including those caused in whole or in part by ordinary negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. I understand that this release does not apply to claims that cannot legally be waived.
