 Note: Meet up is free to RSVP but you will still need to pay for balls at the front desk. You get unlimited balls for $10 🫡🙏

Waiver and Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in activities, events, or programs organized by [Pickle N Chill] (the "Club"), I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that participation in pickleball and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, overexertion, and other physical injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in such activities, including any risk of personal injury, property damage, or death.
Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Club, its members, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action of any kind arising out of or related to my participation in Club activities, including but not limited to claims arising from negligence or breach of duty.
Medical Authorization: In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize the Club to provide or arrange for medical treatment and agree to bear any costs arising from such treatment.
Photo/Video Release: I grant the Club permission to capture and use photographs or videos of me during Club activities for promotional, educational, or other lawful purposes. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final product and understand that no compensation will be provided for such use.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Club and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of my participation in Club activities or any breach of this agreement.
Compliance with Rules: I agree to follow all rules, regulations, and safety instructions provided by the Club during my participation. Failure to comply may result in my removal from activities without refund or recourse.
Severability: If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
