Whether you’re looking to become a stronger runner for your next HYROX race or just starting out on your fitness journey, you’re invited to join us.

This is your space to come together as a community and get better—together. You can walk, run, ruck, rollerblade… whatever fits your current goals and fitness level. No pressure, just progress.

We will have **dedicated running and walking groups**, so all fitness levels and all paces are welcome. Kids are welcome too—bring the family and make it a shared experience.

We’ll have water, electrolytes, and post-workout protein provided.

**Details:**

* Park by the waterslide nearest the soccer fields
* Warm-up starts on the soccer fields at **6:15 AM**
* We head out to hit some miles at **6:30 AM sharp**
*

Show up, put in the work, and be part of something bigger.
