Fridays have become my little reset, a gentle walk between the chaos of mum life and work life. Just 10 or 15 minutes to take a breath and move my body 💫

That’s why I started our Weekly **Virtual Walk** for all of us in between naps, meetings, school pickups, or chasing little ones (or pups!) in the park.

Whether you’re walking laps inside, pacing with the pram, or soaking up sunshine - you’re so welcome here.
