By participating in any Good Rally event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE

I understand that padel, yoga, and wellness activities involve inherent risks of injury or illness. I am in good physical condition and will listen to my body, modifying activities as needed for my safety.
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Good Rally, its founders, instructors, coaches, vendors, employees, venue partners, and sponsors from any and all claims, liability, injury, or damages arising from my participation in the event.

MEDIA CONSENT

I grant Good Rally the irrevocable right to photograph, film, and record my participation for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes across all platforms, without compensation or additional approval.

GENERAL TERMS

I agree to follow all staff and instructor directions and to conduct myself respectfully toward others.

I understand that Good Rally and its venue partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

I am at least 18 years old, or I have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate.

By participating, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these terms, fully aware that I am waiving substantial legal rights, including the right to sue for damages.
