Join Ralle and Element Training Club for the fourth installment of Good Saturdays this summer.

Every Saturday should be a Good Saturday.

Set inside Element Training Club on Grand Street in Williamsburg, the workout runs three formats in parallel. You'll pick two of three — a Hyrox-style relay, a Mat yoga workout, or a group run through the neighborhood.

Your ticket carries you through the full day — the workout goes from 12–2pm and we'll hang around after for some music, food, giveaways from Impact Kitchen, and good vibes all summer long.

​​ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT
For Participation in Ralle Movements Activities
Voluntary Participation I understand and confirm that I am voluntarily choosing to participate in outdoor fitness classes, wellness gatherings, and community movement events (“Activities”) organized by Ralle Movements (“Ralle”). These Activities may include, but are not limited to, group workouts, yoga, HIIT, mobility/stretching, trail runs, and other physical or wellness-based events in New York City, Minneapolis, or surrounding areas.
Acknowledgment of Risk I acknowledge that participating in these Activities involves inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to: physical exertion, slips or falls, overuse injuries, heat exhaustion, dehydration, collisions with objects or people, exposure to outdoor elements, or equipment-related injuries. I understand that participating in movement outdoors or in partner venues includes unpredictable variables, and I willingly accept those risks.
Health and Medical Clearance I confirm that I am in good health and physically able to participate. I have either received clearance from a healthcare professional or choose to participate without it. I have disclosed any relevant health conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect my ability to safely engage in the Activities.
Responsibility for My Own Health I understand that I am responsible for listening to my body and monitoring my physical condition throughout the Activity. I will stop participating and notify a Ralle team member immediately if I experience any pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
No Guarantee of Results I understand that results from participating in Ralle’s Activities will vary and that no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
Assumption of Risk I knowingly and freely assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with participating in Ralle’s Activities, including any risks arising from the actions of instructors, volunteers, other participants, or third parties.
Waiver and Release of Liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, I waive, release, and discharge Ralle Movements, its organizers, instructors, partners, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action for injuries, damages, or losses I may suffer in connection with my participation in any Activity—whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Indemnification I agree to hold harmless and indemnify Ralle Movements from any claims, costs, or damages (including legal fees) resulting from my participation in an Activity or from any harm I may cause to others.
Use of Public or Partner Spaces I understand that Ralle Activities may take place in public parks or in collaboration with third-party businesses, venues, or organizations. Ralle is not responsible for the condition, safety, or supervision of these external spaces or any equipment provided by others. I assume full responsibility when using such spaces.
Transportation Release I understand that certain Activities may include shared transportation arranged by Ralle (e.g., van or bus travel to trailheads or event locations). I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with such transportation. I agree that Ralle is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage occurring during transit.
Emergency Medical Care In the case of a medical emergency, I authorize Ralle team members to seek emergency medical care on my behalf if I am unable to do so. I understand that I am responsible for all costs related to such care.
Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York and/or Minnesota, depending on the location of the Activity. Any disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the relevant state.
Entire Agreement This Agreement reflects the full understanding between me and Ralle Movements. No oral or written statements outside of this will be honored. If any part of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the rest shall remain in effect.
PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT
By checking this box, I confirm that I have read, understand, and will be legally bound by the terms of this Agreement. I have voluntarily chosen to accept all of the terms listed above.
