The GORUCK TAKEOVER Workout is a unique, full-body challenge that combines rucking with other strength exercises. It's perfect for all fitness levels and designed to build strength and endurance, while connecting you with a supportive community. Push your limits and have fun doing it!



WHAT TO BRING - REQUIRED

\- A rucksack/backpack/weighted vest (Rucker recommended)

\- Ruck Plate (or equivalent) in your rucksack = to your weight suggestion

\- Men = 20 lb. Ruck Plate

\- Women = 10 lb. Ruck Plate

\- Kids = water, books/etc.

\- Nalgene bottle recommended.

\- Smiles
