RSVP here (for free) on SweatPals and reserve any headset classes you want to attend.

🏃 **Running the Green Lake 5K?**
Run or walk a beautiful 5K around Green Lake. The race requires a **separate registration** from your SweatPals RSVP.

Bring your friends, your running crew, your yoga community, or come solo.

🎧 **WELLNESS WORKSHOPS:**&#x20;
Throughout the festival, instructors will lead immersive movement, breathwork, yoga, fitness, and wellness experiences using wireless headsets. **Reserve your classes directly through the ticket links.**&#x20;
