Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk
I understand that Vegas Cookbook Club events involve interactive culinary activities including, but not limited to: food preparation and tastings, use of cooking equipment and utensils, sampling food and beverages provided by sponsors, and movement within event spaces. I understand that these activities carry inherent risks including cuts, burns, slips, allergic reactions, foodborne illness, choking, or other injury. I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with my participation.

Food Allergies & Dietary Responsibility
I understand that food served or prepared at this event may contain common allergens including, but not limited to, nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, eggs, shellfish, sesame, or other potential allergens. I acknowledge that Vegas Cookbook Club does not guarantee allergen-free preparation environments and that cross-contamination may occur. It is my responsibility to disclose allergies and use discretion when consuming food.

Guest-Prepared Food Disclaimer
I understand that some food served at this event is prepared by other attendees and not by licensed or inspected food establishments. I accept all risks associated with consuming food prepared by other participants. I agree that Vegas Cookbook Club is not responsible for the safety, preparation, or handling of guest-provided dishes.

Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Vegas Cookbook Club, its founder, team members, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, vendors, and venue partners from any and all claims, demands, damages, injuries, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event, including claims of negligence.

Workshop & Equipment Acknowledgment
If participating in any hands-on activity, competition, demonstration, or activation involving cooking tools, knives, utensils, food preparation equipment, or other materials, I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and undertaken at my own risk. I understand that the use of knives, sharp utensils, and other food preparation equipment may result in cuts, punctures, or other injuries. I agree to exercise reasonable care, follow all instructions provided by event staff, and assume all risks associated with my participation.

Medical Responsibility
I certify that I am physically able to participate in event activities. I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical costs arising from injury or illness occurring during or after the event.

Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vegas Cookbook Club and its sponsors, partners, and affiliates from any claims brought by me or on my behalf arising out of my participation.

Media Release
I grant Vegas Cookbook Club and its partners the irrevocable right to photograph, record, and use my image, likeness, voice, and participation in any media, including but not limited to video, photography, social media, website content, and promotional materials, for marketing and commercial purposes, in perpetuity, without compensation or further approval.

Code of Conduct & Removal
Vegas Cookbook Club reserves the right to remove any participant from the event without refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. Participants agree to respect others, the venue, and event guidelines at all times.

Personal Property
I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings at the event. Vegas Cookbook Club is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Health Acknowledgment
I agree not to attend the event if I am experiencing symptoms of illness and understand that participation involves interaction with others in a group setting.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from participation in this event shall be resolved in Clark County, Nevada.

Acknowledgment of Understanding
By completing my registration, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this agreement. I understand that I am giving up certain legal rights. I agree to participate voluntarily.
