- 6:00 pm: Come on in, check in and mingle
- 6:15 pm: Enjoy a infrared sauna workout
7:00 pm: After class social to meet new friends, learn more and enjoy some delicious sips and snacks - 7:30: Event Ends. Leave with new friends and an amazing community of women!
