Intentional movement is paired with chakra-aligned aromatherapy to support Root Chakra activation — cultivating stability, safety, embodiment, and presence.

🔔 **SOUND HEALING**: Led by **Lexi Kramer (@lexxikramer)**, a soothing sound healing experience designed to calm the nervous system, deepen relaxation, and energetically integrate the practices through vibration, frequency, and intentional stillness.

💌 **VALENTINE’S CACAO CEREMONY:** Led by **Luis Jimenez of Cacao Soul (@cacaosol)**, this heart-opening cacao ceremony blends ritual, reflection, and connection. Guests will write an uplifting Love Note and later receive one during the ceremony, followed by guided meditations to deepen themes of self-love, presence, and conscious connection.
