Join in for a morning of movement, mindfulness, and connection! Flow through group classes, shop and glow up with health & beauty Experience Stations, and intentionally meet like-minded women for friendship!

* Age: 18+

**What to expect:**

You'll have the option to move your body in the group classes or enjoy tons of complimentary hands on experience stations + shopping from some of our favorite local businesses! Take one class or jump into them all - this event is ebb n flow event!



10am:  Meet and Greet with awesome women

10:30am-11am:  Slow morning yoga flow

11:30am-12pm: Vinyasa + journaling

12:15pm-12:30pm: Enchanting Sound Bath&#x20;

1pm: Event ends and you leave feeling refreshed!



Other: 

This event will be outside weather permitting. In case of rain, an alternate date will be given.

Bring a yoga mat + bug spray + sunscreen.

NON-REFUNDABLE TICKET POLICY
