We’ll get moving with a R&B and Afrobeats Live DJ vinyasa yoga class (beginner friendly!), get grounded with a gratitude journaling session, and reset with a relaxing soundbath. Shop Black-owned businesses for Black Friday and 20% of ticket proceeds will go towards Jamaican Hurricane relief. All genders and colors welcome, including our allies too! See y’all there!
