Hey Everyone,

Every Sunday our members at Grounded Performance ATX do a 3-6 mile run, starting at 9 am. This run club is open to anyone who would like to come and all paces are welcome, we have some friends who walk, some that run at 8 min pace and some that run at a 10 min pace. 

We would love to have yall join us, so please sign up and let’s get some miles in together!
