Group Barre Sculpt and Spa

An invigorating sculpted work out at the Loews Hotel Resort and Spa followed by stretches and 1 hour of spa amenities. Must be age 16+ to be permitted inside the venue (for other ages inquire about your own location).
Four person minimum

Celebrating self by strengthening the connection between mind, body, breath and movement with exercises that tone, stimulate, and promote cell regeneration with the scenic ocean as your soundtrack and backdrop.

You must show up 5 minutes prior to participate in the class. Please bring a mat. Sunscreen, hat/sunglasses, and water bottle are recommended.
