Pyre LLC provides sauna, cold plunge, and guided wellness experiences designed to help you rest, reconnect, and heal. To ensure the safety and comfort of all participants, please read this agreement carefully. By attending or participating in any Pyre activity, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Activities Covered

Participation may include use of saunas, cold plunge tubs, lounge areas, decks, showers, changing spaces, and any equipment or areas related to Pyre LLC, including at special events or off-site experiences.

2. Health & Medical Responsibility

Sauna and cold plunge use affect the circulatory system. Participants are responsible for consulting their healthcare provider prior to participation, especially if they have medical conditions such as heart disease, hypertension, or low blood pressure, or if they take medications that impact heat or cold tolerance.

If at any time a participant feels dizzy, faint, or unwell, they agree to exit the sauna or plunge immediately and seek assistance. Participants assume full responsibility for their own health and ability to participate safely.

3. Personal Conduct & Safety

Participants agree to:
	• Wear appropriate swimwear at all times (no nudity).
	• Use protective footwear around wet or uneven surfaces.
	• Remove glasses, metal jewelry, and piercings before entering the sauna on plunges.
	• Refrain from bringing glass containers or electronics into the sauna or plunges.
	• Follow all posted safety rules and staff instructions.

No alcohol, drugs, smoking, or vaping are permitted on the premises. Violation of this policy may result in removal without refund.

4. Medications & Pregnancy

Some medications (including diuretics, beta-blockers, and antihistamines) may impair the body’s ability to regulate temperature. Anyone taking such medications should consult a healthcare provider before use.

Pregnant individuals, or those who believe they may be pregnant, should not use the sauna or cold plunge due to potential risks to their health and safety.

5. Respect for Others

Pyre exists to create a space for connection, calm, and care. Participants agree to maintain a respectful environment and to treat others with kindness and courtesy at all times. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or unwelcome conduct will result in removal and possible exclusion from future events.

6. Hygiene & Facility Use

To maintain cleanliness and safety for all:
	• Sit on a towel while using the sauna.
	• Do not use outside oils, liquids, or substances on the sauna stove or surfaces.
	• Do not enter the sauna or plunge if exhibiting symptoms of illness (such as fever, cough, or sore throat).

7. Personal Belongings

Pyre LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. Participants are encouraged to leave valuables at home or secured in their own care.

8. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Participation in sauna and cold plunge activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to burns, slips, fainting, overexertion, or other injury. By attending or participating, each individual voluntarily assumes all risks associated with these activities.

Participants hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Pyre LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, event hosts, and property owners from any and all claims, demands, losses, or liability arising out of participation in Pyre activities, whether resulting from negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Acknowledgment

By attending or participating in any Pyre session or event, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms in this Release, Liability Waiver, and Indemnification Agreement.
