Step into the BioCharger room for a deeply restorative **one-hour breathwork experience** designed to regulate your nervous system, restore energy, and bring your body and mind back into balance.

This guided session weaves together **intentional breathwork, meditation, and live + recorded music**, all supported by the BioCharger’s subtle energetic environment. The BioCharger uses **light, sound, and frequencies** to help support energy, recovery, and overall balance—creating an ideal space for inner reset and renewal.

Throughout the session, Cat will guide you through a thoughtful progression of breathwork styles—**from grounding and calming techniques to more activating practices**—allowing the body to release tension, recalibrate, and reconnect with a sense of clarity and expansion.

WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING

By registering for and participating in any event, session, class, or experience hosted by Lab PHX2 LLC, doing business as Optimyze (“Optimyze”), including those offered through the SweatPals platform, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following Waiver and Release of Liability:

1. Acknowledgment of Activities & Therapies

I understand that Optimyze provides guided wellness, recovery, and performance experiences that may include, but are not limited to:

Breathwork and guided meditation

BioCharger sessions

Light, sound, and frequency-based modalities

I acknowledge that these modalities may place physical, mental, and emotional stress on the body.

2. Health Representation & Medical Disclosure

I affirm and represent that:

I do NOT have any known cardiovascular conditions, including but not limited to heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, arrhythmias, history of stroke, or any condition that would make breathwork or energetic modalities unsafe.

I am NOT pregnant, attempting to become pregnant, or suspect that I may be pregnant.

I do not suffer from any medical, physical, neurological, or psychological condition (including seizure disorders or epilepsy) that would impair my ability to safely participate.

I have consulted with a licensed medical professional if I have any concerns regarding my health and participation.

I understand that Optimyze does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and participation is voluntary and at my own discretion.

3. BioCharger & Implanted Electronic Device Disclosure

I understand that the BioCharger utilizes electromagnetic fields, frequencies, and electrical stimulation.

I affirm that I do NOT have any implanted electronic or electrical medical devices, including but not limited to:

Pacemakers

Defibrillators (ICDs)

Neurostimulators

Insulin pumps

Cochlear implants

Any other implanted or battery-powered medical devices

I acknowledge that individuals with implanted electronic devices should not use the BioCharger due to potential interference or risk.

4. Assumption of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that participation carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Dizziness, lightheadedness, or shortness of breath

Emotional release or psychological discomfort

Changes in heart rate or blood pressure

Muscle tension or physical discomfort

I knowingly, freely, and voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, associated with my participation.

5. Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Lab PHX2 LLC, DBA Optimyze, its owners, officers, managers, employees, contractors, instructors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, causes of action, or liability arising from or related to my participation, including injury, illness, emotional distress, or death, to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the State of Arizona.

6. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Optimyze from any claims, actions, or damages brought by myself or any third party arising from my participation or conduct during the event.

7. Personal Responsibility & Conduct

I agree to follow all verbal instructions, safety guidelines, and posted rules. I understand that I may stop participation at any time and am responsible for listening to my body and communicating discomfort to staff.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.

9. Acknowledgment & Consent

By registering for this event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Waiver and Release of Liability. I understand that I am waiving certain legal rights.
