Join us for an afternoon of guided journaling at one of the East Bay's most unique and grounding spaces -- [Melo Melo Kava Bar](https://melomelokavabar.com/). Whether you've been journaling for years or haven't picked up a pen in months, this session is designed to help you drop into reflection with ease.



We'll move through a series of gentle prompts centered around presence, intention, and what you're ready to release or welcome in. The afternoon includes two timed writing sprints -- one at 2:15 pm and one at 3:05 pm -- with spacious pauses in between for sipping, breathing, and letting it all land.&#x20;



No experience needed. No right answers.&#x20;

Just you, your thoughts, and two hours of unhurried space.



**Guests are asked to purchase at least one drink from Melo Melo during the event** -- their kava, botanical elixirs, and non-alcoholic offerings are the perfect companion to an afternoon of reflection. Think of it as your ritual in a cup.

Journals and pens will be available, but feel free to bring your own if you have a favorite.
